The philosophy behind our food and drink is to keep it simple and honest but with a playful twist on classics we know people enjoy. Where possible, we use what we produce and grow in the kitchen garden or source from within the island, keeping our menus as home-grown as possible. This allows us to celebrate the seasons with emphasis on fresh and clean flavours.

The new restaurant and bar offers a colourful and modern selection of tapas. And our cocktails are blended using only the freshest ingredients, foraged from our kitchen gardens where possible.
La Mesa Escondida: La Mesa Escondida, a much-loved Ibizan eatery, joined the Petunia Ibiza family in 2020. Nestled in the heart of the hotel the restaurant offers a creative Mediterranean menu with nods to traditional recipes.
