Since its beginnings, the restaurant dedicated its work to being a reference in traditional Ibizan cuisine.
José Miguel Bonet (now head chef) was a candidate for revelation chef at Madrid Fusión 2017. With this menu, he wanted to innovate with new creative proposals, maintaining traditional roots, generating a new trend.

STARTERS
« Coca » with peppers grilled in the woodstove, olives and alioli made of black garlic
OR
Hummus made of smoked aubergines with ice cream made of thyme and half dried tomatoes


MAIN COURSES
Cannelloni filled with free range chicken in its juices and mushroom béchamel
OR
Rice with pork rib, squid, local saffron and beetroot


DESSERTS
Pumpkin and almond cake with a creamy cheese and citrics topping and walnut ice cream
OR
Greixonera mousse with orange cream and almond crumble
